Qualifications:


- A Bachelors Degree in Material Science, Mechanical, Welding, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- 2-4 years of engineering project experience in metal manufacturing.

- Proficiency in Lean manufacturing techniques, capability studies, process mapping, FMEA, and root cause analysis.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with aggressive deadlines.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Creo, and AutoCAD is highly desirable.


Essential Requirements:


- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

- 2-4 years of engineering project experience in metal manufacturing.

- Experience with Lean manufacturing, capability studies, process mapping, FMEA, and root cause analysis.

- Proficiency in Creo, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
