i9 Sports is seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team as Youth Sports Clinic Instructors. We are looking for experienced coaches who can provide exceptional instruction and create a fun and engaging learning environment for young athletes.
Position Overview:
As a Youth Sports Clinic Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sports instruction to children of various ages and skill levels in one of the following programs offered by i9 sports: flag football, soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball, or tennis. You will focus on teaching fundamental skills, developing athletic abilities, and fostering a love for the sport. This is a part-time position with weekday evening availability typically required after 4-4:30 PM.

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and drills
- Provide clear and effective instruction on fundamental skills and techniques
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment for all participants
- Ensure the safety of all participants during clinics
- Maintain equipment and facilities
- Build strong relationships with parents and players
- Strong understanding and passion for the specific sport you are applying for
- Experience coaching or playing at a competitive level is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with children of various ages and skill levels
- Ability to manage and motivate a group of children
- Availability to work weekday evenings, typically after 4-4:30 PM
- A reliable vehicle capable of transporting session equipment
