About the Role

Were seeking a confident, compassionate, and fitness-savvy Physical Therapist to join our team of top-tier clinicians. In this role, youll deliver transformative care using our proven Premier 3-Step Therapy System. From helping runners hit new personal bests, to guiding weekend warriors back to the activities they love, youll enjoy the reward of making a real difference every day.

As part of our growth team, youll collaborate with local fitness professionals, engage with patients to ensure exceptional care, and build a strong community presence through networking and referrals.

This full-time position will be responsible for:

• Comprehensive Evaluations: Perform detailed assessments to uncover patient needs.
• Customized Plans of Care: Develop individualized treatment and maintenance programs that promote recovery and long-term wellness.
• Community Engagement: Step outside the clinic and join forces with fellow health professionals to share knowledge and expand wellness outreach.
• Sports Performance Programming: Design cutting-edge programs to elevate athletes' performance.
• Shaping Tomorrow's Care: Lead with creativity to redefine what the patient experience should be.

What we're looking for:

Credentials & Hard Skills

• Required: Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and an active Texas PT license in good standing.
  
• Preferred: 1 to 2 years of orthopedic physical therapy experience;CSCS, OCS, and/or SCS certifications; fellowship in AAOMPT (current or prospective enrollment).
• Bonus: Background in manual therapy and sports-focused care.
