Schedule and Shift Details
● Varied Shift 8-80 / hours per two-week pay period

Key Responsibilities
● Within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing, applies the nursing process to the care of patients.
● Teaches patients and significant others.
● Documents patient care in the medical record.
● Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate overall care of the patient.

Required:

Associate degree or higher with 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Physician Informatics

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Oregon (OR)

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)

American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
