The Baker/Mixer understands recipes, performs quality checks on ingredients and finished products, uses frostings, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance cookie presentation, and process orders from customers. Bakers/mixers also have a strong passion to create VIP experiences for customers.

As a baker/mixer, you will greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, make sure the kitchen is stocked, and perform other duties as needed.

To be a successful baker/mixer, you should be efficient, friendly, focused on food quality and customer satisfaction, and have an understanding of baking techniques.

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: $8.50 - 9.50 per hour, plus tips. Crumbl employees can expect to make an extra $2 per hour in tips.

Schedule:

5-6 hour shifts - 4pm-10pm
Monday - Friday
Saturday shift is required twice per month

Baker Responsibilities

Read and understand Crumbl recipes
Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make perfect gourmet cookies
Ball dough quickly to ensure ovens are always full of cookies
Decorate and display the finished product
Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service
Keep records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
Take client information and ensure that deliveries are accurate and timely
Clean and restock the workstation and ensure all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift

Baker/Mixer Requirements

Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
Basic math and computer skills
Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create excellent gourmet cookies
Ability to work in a very busy and sometimes hot environment
Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items
18 Years of age or older
