Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, this position is delegated the following essential functions:
- Cleaning resident rooms and other interior and exterior facility areas and assisting in maintaining a clean and attractive environment for the residents
- Carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures
- must have experience stripping and buffing floors
Job Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or sufficient knowledge and education to perform job functions
- Understand and carry out oral and written directions
- Is capable of setting work priorities and working independently in the absence of supervision
- Must meet health assessment requirements, including two-stage Mantoux skin test
- Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
- Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
