Reports To: Director of Housekeeping

What We're Looking For: We are seeking an organized and proactive Housekeeping Manager to oversee the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations of our Housekeeping Department at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort. You will be responsible for labor management, inventory control, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our team. What You Will Do:
  • Manage housekeeping operations, including staffing, inventory, and training.
  • Prepare daily work schedules to meet occupancy needs.
  • Inspect hotel cleanliness, coordinating maintenance as needed.
  • Work closely with Front Office, Guest Services, and Engineering.
  • Oversee housekeeping personnel, providing coaching and training.
  • Attend meetings and coordinate with other departments.
  • Monitor room turnovers and assist on guest floors when needed.
  • Train staff on OSHA regulations and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain overall cleanliness.
  • Manage special assignments for major events and lobby cleaning.
  • Keep inventory well-stocked and manage storerooms.
  • Address guest complaints and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Maintain compliance with hotel standards and policies.


Your Experience Includes:
  • Experience managing housekeeping in a high-volume hotel or resort.
  • Strong leadership, team building, and positive work culture focus.
  • Ability to manage schedules, inventory, and lead a large team.
  • Excellent communication skills across hotel departments.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and effective staff training.


Who You'll Lead: You will lead the Housekeeping Rooms personnel, ensuring all team members are trained and motivated. You will work closely with Guest Services, Front Office, and Engineering to maintain guest satisfaction.
