POSITION SUMMARY

The Housekeeping Supervisor will ensure brand standards are maintained in each suite and assist in daily housekeeping operations

Essential Functions Statement(s)
  • Direct the daily operation of the housekeeping team, including supervision, continued training, and distribution of chemicals and cleaning supplies
  • Responsible for clear and effective communication between Housekeeping and all other departments
  • Report all work orders to maintenance and Dispatch/Front Desk
  • Focus on priority and VIP guests
  • Ensure that cleanliness, quality and safety standards are conducted as established by Company policy
  • Assist Housekeeping Manager in maintaining monthly inventory and par levels
  • Observe all housekeeping team members at work to determine efficiency of time spent and progress of work assigned
  • Aid and collaborate with all team members to ensure efficiency of daily resort operations
  • Must check with Manager/Supervisor before clocking out at the end of each shift
  • Complete various additional tasks and assignments as needed


Requirements

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience: Previous Housekeeping or Hospitality experience

Computer Skills: Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office

Other Requirements: Must have a flexible schedule as schedules are determined based on the needs of the business
