Position Overview:
The Housekeeping Aide plays a critical role in ensuring that our facility is clean, sanitary, and safe for both residents and staff. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and are looking to contribute to a supportive, health-focused community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow cleaning and housekeeping schedules to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Coordinate daily cleaning tasks with the nursing services team to meet the needs of residents.
  • Maintain adequate levels of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
  • Perform daily cleaning duties including washing, sanitizing, and disinfecting various surfaces and fixtures throughout the facility.
  • Properly dispose of waste and trash in designated containers.
  • Ensure all work areas are neat and tidy, and store cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies properly.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and infection control procedures.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in long-term care, healthcare, or facility maintenance.
