3rd Shift Oven Operators Job at Qualified Staffing in Sparta

Pay: $16.50

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 10:00PM- 6:00AM

Primary Responsibilities:

• Understanding the correct operation of a roto-molding machine.
• Add inserts and other molded in components to a mold.
• Use measuring equipment to obtain proper powder weights.
• Charging mold with the correct weight and type of powder.
• Changing molds to accommodate production schedule.
• Inspecting parts for conformance to specification.
• Maintain an accurate count on the quantity of good parts and scrap parts.

Essential Physical Demands:

• Continuous lifting and handling of tanks weighing up to 150 pounds, with assistance.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift and pour 35 pounds of powder over head continuously.
• Continuous standing, reaching, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
• Intermittent walking and crouching/stooping.
• Ability to continuously use a pry bar to exert excessive force at or above chest level.
• Ability to work in a continuously hot environment.
