Spherion is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our client's team in North Mankato, MN. This is a full-time, overnight position offering competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Assemble components according to specifications
Use hand tools and power tools to fasten parts
Follow assembly instructions and blueprints
Test assembled products to ensure quality and functionality
Package and label finished products
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Skills:
Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing
Experience with hand tools and power tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
