Industrial Maintenance Technician - Third Shift

7pm - 2:30/5:30am

Mandatory OT - 50 Hours

Job Description:

• Troubleshooting and repair, handling of mechanical breakdowns including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic
• Preventative maintenance
• Modification and updating of equipment to ensure optimal output
• Machine set up and operation, set up of machine tools, and tear down, work on welding equipment and hand tools in machine shop for use in the production of small tools and parts needed in manufacturing process
• Pump repair, piston & screw air compressor repair, 24/120/240 volt wiring, DC wattage wiring, photo eye/proximity switch set-up and operation, lock out/tag out procedures, compressed air procedures and quality control procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be able to read schematics and blueprints, electrical and mechanical drawings
• Must have strong knowledge of machine shop equipment including CNC machines, mills, presses, shears, and measuring equipment
• Must have mechanical maintenance skills
• PLC programming and working on robotics equipment a plus
• Must have a high school diploma/GED
• Must have steel toes
• Must successfully complete 10 panel drug screen and back ground check
