What youll be doing:

• Perform Skilled Maintenance: Carry out complex mechanical and electrical maintenance on equipment and facilities.

• Diagnose and Repair Equipment: Troubleshoot issues in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, preventing reoccurring problems.

• Work with PLCs: Utilize SLC 500, PLC 5, and Control Logix for efficient troubleshooting.

• Modify Robotics: Adjust ABB robot positions and resolve malfunctions on models like M94, M98, and M6700.

• Welding: Perform both gas and electric welding as needed.

• Documentation and Maintenance: Keep records of repairs and perform preventive maintenance on essential equipment.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years of maintenance experience, particularly with Allen Bradley systems, hydraulics, robotics, and welding.

• Education: Technical or vocational training with certificates or college coursework in related fields.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting die casting machine cells, understanding PLCs, and interpreting electrical and hydraulic schematics.
