AMMA develops and manufactures globally advanced materials of high-end CCL (Copper Clad Laminate) for the next-generation high-speed communication business field. AMMA products provide high value add to dielectric substrates for high frequency electronics such as, 5G, Automotive Radar, High Speed Telecom, and Aerospace & Avionics Radar/Communication industries.
SUMMARY
Receive books of material after pressing operation is complete. Breakdown semi finished boards from caul plates. Clean caul plates and route back to set-up area. Perform visual inspection, coppertron and mic tests on semi finished boards and store boards pending release from QC Lab.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
LANGUAGE SKILLS
The ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively in the English language is required for all roles.
REQUIRED SAFETY EQUIPMENT/TRAINING
AGC follows all required OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standard industry guidelines in-regards to the use of personal protective equipment and safety training required for the specific job function.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Disassembly of books and separation of semi-finished boards from caul plates.
- Documentation of completed quantities.
- Transfer completed lots using a fork lift.
- Stage material on pallets for rotary shear or manual shears.
- Transport plates to set-up when needed.
- Operate the plate scrubber
- Coppertron and mic all orders.
- Perform scrubber preventative maintenance as scheduled
- Coordinate breakdown area with press operator.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- This position requires a minimum of a High school diploma or GED.

- Climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch.
- Ability to talk and hear for safety on the production floor.
- Visual ability to see things in close vision, distance vison, color vision, peripheral vison, depth perception and ability to adjust focus as needed.
