Overview:
vineyard vines is looking for an inspired and motivated Junior Soft goods Stylist for our photography studio in Stamford, CT. The candidate will bring a strong base of experience styling soft goods in a studio environment, a keen sense of fashion, be creative solution oriented and have a passion for collaboration in a high volume in-house studio, covering a wide variety of still life photography for fashion and home. The stylist is required to be informed of best in class styling, implementing continual style improvements and production efficiencies.

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the soft goods styling across all channels and departments.
- Work with the Senior Soft Goods Stylist to produce imagery consistent with brand styling standards
- Have a very clear understanding of fit & and keen eye for detail
- Be very familiar with other brands and competitors to deliver best in class styling
- Ability to make styling decisions that are in line with our brand and styling standards
- Be collaborative in nature, fostering a creative environment and spirit on-set
- Anticipate and resolve creative challenges by using appropriate resources and/or solutions
- Understanding of the "on-set" experience and shoot etiquette when working with a team of both in house employees and freelancers
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/
- An understanding & passion for the vineyard vines brand
- A relevant portfolio of accomplished soft goods styling
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Highly organized and resourceful with the ability to anticipate next steps
- Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Team focused, confident, and professional
- Excellent organizational skills & ability to work independently on projects
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Self-motivated and able to multitask under tight deadlines
