We are hiring a IT Project Coordinator - Top Secret clearance to support our government customer based in Springfield, VA. The position is required to be onsite. The position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. Responsibilities The Project Coordinator is responsible for administrative and organizational support for one or more directorates. The support between the two (2) directorates will be determined upon assignment and will total FTE. Key responsibilities of the Project Coordinator will include tracking directorate initiatives, coordinating meeting schedules, documenting directorate processes, onboarding new hires, and developing Executive Briefs. The Project Coordinator collaborates with Project Officers to identify administrative and management requirements and interdependencies to facilitate successful project execution. The Project Coordinator is responsible for the planning, logistics, and coordination of official travel. The Project Coordinator provides calendar coordination, updates schedules for leadership, and monitors, maintains, and provides draft communications for both directorates. The Project Coordinator documents and collects status of meeting outcomes, action items, and task assignments. The Project Coordinator works with Project Officers to schedule and host quarterly Project Status Reviews, assists in coordinating and scheduling technical seminars, Red Team reviews, and staff meetings, and documents and reports the status of directorate-level milestones. The Project Coordinator is responsible for documenting and maintaining directorate-level policies and processes, maintaining documentation, including administrative guidance, standard office operating procedures, action plans, and briefings. The Project Coordinator captures directorate-level metrics and key performance indicators to help optimize organizational procedures for administrative efficiency and productivity. The Project Coordinator may perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Shall have 3 or more years of experience in administrative leadership, management, operations, or coordination of organizational activities, and in providing direct support to senior government officials within an Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), or similar federal agency. Demonstrated knowledge of office administration, coordination, and management activities. Demonstrated ability to effective use Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other administrative software (e.g. travel systems). Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to articulate statuses, updates, and facilitate coordination with Senior Government, Contractor, and Corporate Personnel. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree with equivalent level of experience. Desired Qualifications: Skilled in identifying administrative process gaps and solutions to achieve administrative efficiencies. Experience supporting multiple Government stakeholders simultaneously and serving as a liaison between the Government and contracted performers. Experience gathering and documenting directorate administrative processes. Experience with administering DoD/IC administrative policies within secure environments (e.g., visit requests, cross-domain file transfers, and security clearance processing support).
