Description
The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for customer retention and growth. The Strategic Account Manager is a problem solver and seeks to build long-term relationships with customers in support of growing the revenue of FIDELTIONE. The Strategic Account Manager will manage their assigned accounts in Salesforce to ensure compliance with the sales process. As the point of contact for both internal resources and the customer the Strategic Account Manager manages the flow of communications and ensures the customer is informed and satisfied.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Ensuring existing client accounts are achieving budgeted objectives. Develop and monitor account specific metrics. Manage client expectations and communicate with client regularly. Create, review and update all client statements of work, and educate impacted groups within internal departments. Align contract rate structure with billing set up. Retain clients and attain budgeted targets Track daily activity (ie. calls, emails, events) related to your leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities in Salesforce Develop and maintain rapport and effective internal and external relationships to support business success. Prepare volume forecasts by client Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Required Skills
Sales support process or client support background Presentation skills. Data analytics experience Understanding of P&L management Demonstrated organizational and planning skills. Negotiation skills with problem-solving ability The ability to craft and/or revise SOPs and other critical business documentation Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage time effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with SharePoint, Business Intelligence and CRM software. Required Experience
Bachelor's Degree in business or other relevant field. 3-5 years experience in Sales, Inside Sales and/or Client Support Operations experience in 3PL industry a plus.
