Reporting to the Senior Director of Administration, this position is responsible for ensuring that all STC facilities and its structures, fixtures, equipment, utilities, and physical operations (other than IT) are maintained in a fully functional and effective condition.
This position supervises support staff and coordinates with contractors/vendors to carry out all necessary administrative, maintenance, repair, custodial, and capital improvement activities.
This individual acts as project manager for all facility related renovation and improvement projects and acts as company representative/liaison to facility landlords, contractors, or other agents regarding facility affairs.
They coordinate with Rentals and Events, Development, and Front of House staff to ensure that venues for all events and productions are properly prepared.
The Director of Facility Operations manages the Theatre Building Engineer, and custodial, events, and repair personnel.
Also co-manages the Operations and IT Coordinator.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed to ensure the upkeep, cleaning, repair and maintenance of all five spaces; attending to the building appearance and structure, maintaining the HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical and any other non IT related items associated with the operations of STC facilities; developing, implementing and monitoring capital and other projects designed to upgrade, renovate and improve facilities, and implementing programs to maintain these upgrades; overseeing the security and safety of all buildings, including the tracking and distribution of keys, and maintaining the security of building locks and alarm systems, ensuring the application of OSHA guidelines for all company activities, and acting as a key member of the Safety committee.
This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and an annual salary of $78,000 - $83,000.
