Apply now and join a community that improves people's lives, the planet and our company's performance by transforming renewable resources into products people depend on every day.Position Title:Entry Manufacturing Laborer - Grand Prairie BoxPay Rate: $23.58/hr. plus shift differentialSign-on Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 monthsCategory/Shift: Hourly Full-TimeMonday - Saturday, must be able to work any shift7am - 3pm (training period only)3pm - 11pm 11pm - 7am Physical Location:Grand Prairie Box1200 West Carrier ParkwayGrand Prairie, TX 75050NAC Realistic Job Preview: Click HERE to see what it's like working at IPThe Job You Will Perform: Following all trained and published safety policies and procedures Counting and stacking finished product Reading factory orders Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment Utilizing basic shop math and have the ability to reading a tape measure Inspecting product Accurately completing quality checks to ensure specific directions are followed The ability to practice and maintain great housekeeping This person will also be assigned to weekly clean-up functions including but not limited to blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
