Job Title : Senior Information Security Analyst,

Role Overview:
The Senior Information Security Analyst will support the Cyber Identity and Access Management (IAM) team by conducting quarterly access reviews for applications and systems. The role involves managing regulatory and non-regulatory access reviews, ensuring application entitlement lists are accurate, and collaborating with managers and admins to maintain compliance. The position requires attention to detail due to frequent internal and external audits and involves process improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: •Perform quarterly access reviews for applications and systems. •Manually update application entitlement lists in the access review application. •Work with application owners to obtain entitlement lists. •Collaborate with managers to complete access reviews. •Enter removal tickets for entitlements flagged for removal. •Follow up with application administrators to ensure tasks are completed. •Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary. •Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and provide evidence for audit requests. •Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
Skill Requirements and Qualifications: •Strong attention to detail. •Ability to handle high volumes of work accurately. •Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. •Knowledge of user access control principles and practices. •Experience with audit and regulatory compliance. •Proficiency in access review or IAM tools. •Effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: •Experience in a banking or highly regulated environment. •Familiarity with internal and external audit frameworks (e.g., SOX). •Certification in cybersecurity or related fields (e.g., Security+, CISA, CISSP).

Certification Requirements:
