Overview We are seeking a skilled and dynamic IT Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. This individual will manage various IT projects from requirements gathering to deployment, leveraging agile methodologies. The ideal candidate has experience in billing systems, .NET applications, and/or Salesforce projects and is adept at coordinating offshore and internal development teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.Key Responsibilities•Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications. Collaborate with developers, testers, and UX designers to align deliverables with requirements. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, demos, and sign-offs. •Team interaction: Work with offshore development team based in India, ensuring clear communication and task prioritization. Coordinate with internal developers, UX designers, and testers to meet project objectives. •Technical Focus: Oversee projects involving billing systems, .NET applications, and Salesforce implementations/enhancements. Understand technical constraints and dependencies to guide project execution effectively. •Reporting and Communication: Maintain project documentation, including status reports, issue logs, and risk mitigation plans. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business analysis. Proven experience managing projects involving billing systems, .NET applications, and/or Salesforce platforms. Experience working with offshore teams and managing distributed resources. •Skills: Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend solutions. Proficiency in creating detailed project documentation, workflows, and user stories. • Preferred Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification. Salesforce Admin or related certification (preferred but not required).
