OVERVIEW
Reporting directly to the shift supervisor, you will be performing preventative maintenance on a wide variety of equipment in the rubber mixing and molding industry. Trouble-shooting equipment and repairs of equipment in a timely manner to meet production needs.
The schedule for this position will be 10pm - 6am, Monday through Friday.
Schedule is subject to change based on business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Must have general electrical knowledge & schematic reading
General knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatic systems
Industrial maintenance experience
Basic plumbing, welding & fabrication skills.
Candidate must have a well-rounded understanding of industrial maintenance and repair with a strong ability in troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic machine issues.
Candidate must follow all safety and housekeeping procedures.

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
H.S. Diploma or equivalent
Good attendance
Effective communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Must be physically able to perform the tasks which may include standing, walking, reaching, climbing ladders, working with chemicals, operate various equipment etc.
Candidate must have their own tools and a toolbox.
PPE includes steel-toed safety boots.
DESIRABLE:
5-7 Years' experience (preferred)
Experience with PLC's and CNC's
Knowledge in the rubber industry
