Key Responsibilities: Data Collection and Processing: Gather and process large datasets from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data findings to stakeholders effectively. Business Insights: Work with business teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights to support strategic planning and decision-making. Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data by implementing quality control measures. Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods and techniques to analyze data and generate predictive models. Data Governance: Implement and enforce data governance policies and best practices to ensure data privacy and security. Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, marketing, finance, and other departments to support their data analysis needs and improve overall data-driven decision-making. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve our data analysis capabilities. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
