630AM to 6:30PM
The Equipment Operator runs simple automated assembly machines safely and efficiently. This role involves:
Operating and monitoring machines to maintain production.
Fixing basic machine issues and restarting equipment when necessary.
Performing repetitive tasks to produce high-quality medical devices.
The operator will also inspect, package, and document products while keeping the work area clean.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a clean work area and equipment.
Safely operate machines according to company procedures.
Start machines and set up work orders in electronic systems.
Run machines, ensuring products meet quality standards and production rates.
Monitor gauges, interpret machine errors, and restart as needed.
Inspect products, weigh, count, package, and label them accurately.
Flexibly operate multiple simple machines with minimal adjustments.
Simple Machines:
Require low attention.
Involve pressing and torque fitments.
Have fewer than 10 stations.
Qualifications
Skills Basic computer skills Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
Education
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
Must be 18 years old.
Able to perform visual inspections with or without magnification.
Must lift move objects up to 20 lbs repeatedly.
Comfortable sitting or standing for the entire shift.
Work in a clean room environment using solvents, glue, or solder. #ZR
