The Accounting Manager will oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and efficient management of financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing processes across multiple locations.

• Supervise and manage the accounting team.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Conduct bank and account reconciliations.

• Prepare financial statements and reports.

• Implement and maintain accounting systems and procedures.

• Monitor and analyze accounting data for accuracy.

• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.

• Coordinate audits to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, IBM Iseries, TurboTax).

• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles.

• Experience in preparing financial statements and managing multi-site accounting operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required); MBA preferred.

• CPA certification is preferred.
