Senior Scrum Master Project Manager

Role DescriptionScrum Master Project Manager – Technical Delivery sought by SMBC MANUBANK in Los Angeles, CA.JOB DUTIES: Responsible for leading Digital Customer Experience Middleware and Mobile scrum teams of a digital bank.  Interact with business stakeholders, vendors, and multiple internal teams for delivering banking services for lending, savings and others.  Drive Scrum ceremonies with delivery team.  Provide support to product owners by ensuring backlog refinement and readiness.  Ensure in-depth tracking of risks, timelines and dependencies.  Execute the Program Increment (PI) objectives to support the strategy, vision and road map.  Ensure value is achieved by the team on behalf of end users.  Create metrics driven insights into the delivery and execution of the team using relevant team level metrics.  Drive Agile team objectives.  Provide visibility into gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities across Agile teams.  Measure user story execution.  Partner with external vendors and ensure that the in-house Jenius Bank and external vendor development schedules are synced to have a testable MVP.  Telecommuting permitted from any location in the U.S.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate IT project management or related experience in technical project management, including experience guiding Agile or Scrum development team to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget, and to specifications. *Specific skills: Also requires experience or knowledge in the following: 1) Experience with banking and finance domain; 2) Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework; 3) Experience working with and managing multiple cross functional teams; 4) Experience in Agile Program Management including Status reporting and Schedule tracking; and 5) Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence*Any level of experience or knowledge in the specific skills is acceptable.Must have Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Practitioner certification.Telecommuting permitted from any location in the U.S.The salary for this position is $158,100 per year.To apply, send resume to: Juan Donis/ Jdonis@manubank.com
