HVAC Maintenance Mechanic will perform HVAC maintenance work; such as, repair and replacement of items, all sizes of mechanical air conditioning and heating systems and periodic inspection, cleaning and/or lubrication of fans, motors, coils and pumps. HVAC Maintenance Mechanic will also be expected to perform semi-skilled work in several trade areas in the maintenance and repair of buildings, units and/or equipment; as well as, install, maintain, repair or replace mechanical equipment, appliances, and portable electrical equipment.
