Metro's Operator Training Program .
All new hires
complete their training during the day for optimal exposure to the ins and outs of plant operations. All training is paid and includes the completion of an Associate Degree in Water Quality Management for qualified trainees.
Metro's Operator Training Program is designed to be completed between nine to twelve months, depending trainee's knowledge, skills, abilities.
