Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential clients interested in real estate services within the Palo Alto, CA area by developing leads.
  2. Enhance knowledge and skills specific to the real estate industry through participation in training sessions.
  3. Schedule successful appointments with listing or buyer's agents by maintaining persistent follow-up on leads.
  4. Nurture relationships with homebuyers through consistent communication via phone calls and emails to enhance brand recognition.
  5. Track team progress towards company objectives by creating monthly and quarterly sales reports.
  6. Convert qualified leads into new clients by skillfully responding to sales inquiries.
  7. Update customer information accurately using a CRM system for the benefit of agents.
  8. Coordinate and conduct appointments efficiently for clients.

Compensation:

$86,500 - $187,500 yearly
