Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients interested in real estate services within the Palo Alto, CA area by developing leads.
- Enhance knowledge and skills specific to the real estate industry through participation in training sessions.
- Schedule successful appointments with listing or buyer's agents by maintaining persistent follow-up on leads.
- Nurture relationships with homebuyers through consistent communication via phone calls and emails to enhance brand recognition.
- Track team progress towards company objectives by creating monthly and quarterly sales reports.
- Convert qualified leads into new clients by skillfully responding to sales inquiries.
- Update customer information accurately using a CRM system for the benefit of agents.
- Coordinate and conduct appointments efficiently for clients.
Compensation:
$86,500 - $187,500 yearly
