Government Jobs - Full-time Regular - $23.94 - $32.08 Hourly GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES Perform a variety of journey-level maintenance and repair work essential to the function of county buildings to include operation, monitoring, adjustment and repair. SUPERVISION RECEIVED Works under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor or designee who assigns and outlines work projects and inspect results for compliance with departmental standards, applicable codes and regulations. Receives training, work assignments, and general guidance on technical aspects of work from a Building Maintenance Specialist Senior.
