Overview of the Role:
At Salesforce, our Global Recruiting Coordinator team is strategically organized to set ourselves apart in a driven, fast-paced, candidate market! Our distributed team operates across all business units; however, this role will partner specifically with our Executive Recruitment team in order to ensure a premier candidate experience is delivered. We are actively seeking candidates that will own and innovate our processes while developing strong interpersonal relations with our partners.
As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, you will work closely with both recruiters and hiring teams to provide a reputable high-touch candidate experience. In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional candidate experience and will be accountable for leading & guiding the candidate through their recruitment journey with Salesforce from start to finish. You will be a guide at creating solutions in order to optimize candidate experience whilst maintaining a focus on accuracy & efficiency. Focus will be placed on accommodating for diverse hiring needs and ensuring a fair, equitable & visible process across the board. Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate complex phone, virtual, onsite and presentation interviews across multiple timezones and regions.
- Lead logistics for the onsite interview recruiting process, including travel arrangement, expense reimbursements, and greeting and hosting candidates in office.
- Build & maintain partnerships with Recruiters, Executives, and Executive Assistants across the organization in order to drive an efficient & effective strategy.
- Ensure all background checks are completed in advance of candidate commencement in order to align to global compliance measures.
- Handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgment in order to maintain first class candidate experience.
- Master our applicant tracking system, scheduling tools and organizational products including Workday, GoodTime, Quip, Slack and Google Suite.
- Give to our global Recruiting Coordinator team by pitching, leading, and driving team projects, often working cross regionally and with various partners.
- Analyze & leverage data to drive conversations and influence positive change.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- A passion for partnership and positively chipping in to the success and reputation of the Recruiting Coordinator Team.
- Great communication skills and confidence collaborating with collaborators at executive levels across the business.
- High interest in customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer/client facing industry.
- 2+ years of experience in an operational or administrative role, preferably HR or Recruiting.
- Experience with Workday/ATS and Google Suite.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $70,400 to $96,800. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
