POSITION: Head Custodian – Jaggard Elementary School

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School Diploma preferred, equivalent or demonstrated basic ability in computation and communication skills, both oral and written required.
2. Demonstrated knowledge, aptitude, ability, competence and/or skills to satisfactorily meet essential functions of position, all performance responsibilities and assigned duties. Must possess skills in computer use and demonstrate familiarity with programs and applications relevant to responsibilities of the job.
3. Experience or ability in a leadership role, good human relations skills and ability/potential to effectively supervise custodian personnel.
4. Possess and maintain a valid Black Seal License.
5. Experience as a building custodian preferred.
6. Shall meet the physical requirements of the position which includes considerable bending, walking, lifting, and be able to perform all essential functions of job which include climbing, and moving and lifting objects that may weigh up to 100 pounds.

CONTRACT

SCHOOL YEAR: Twelve (12) month position, July 1 through June 30

HOURS: Full time position - 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (approx.) which includes 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

EFFECTIVE DATE: January 2, 2025

SALARY: As determined by the Evesham Township Board of Education.

BENEFITS: Included after satisfactory 60 day probationary period and as provided by the Evesham Township Board of Education.

START DATE: January 2, 2025
