Job Description
We are seeking ambitious, energetic, full-time, and part-time Customer Service Representatives that are looking to begin or advance their career. Because we are expanding rapidly, there are multiple opportunities to move up in our organization & take on additional responsibilities as we grow.
ATM Solutions, Inc (ASI) is a privately owned, dynamic, growing ATM service provider offering an inclusive, caring work environment. We are looking for self-motivated, entrepreneurial employees who like working with little supervision and oversight, while providing industry leading service. We pride ourselves in providing a great work life balance. Monday – Friday schedules with occasional Saturday opportunities and overtime after 40 hours.
Salary: $17.00 to $23.00 hr. Monday through Friday to include one weekend day.
Customer Service Representative Essential Functions:
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
- Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties, and other account items
- Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Great active listening skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
- A patient and empathetic attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced
- Computer literacy

- In-depth knowledge of a company’s products and/or services
- Expertise in the customer service area they focus in, such as accounts, technical support, or another area
Customer Service Representative Skills and Attributes:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Associates/Bachelors is preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a business environment or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Effective verbal/written communication skills in carrying out job duties with various departments and levels of management.
- Ability to handle both independent and group tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Accurate data-entry skills.
- Basic mathematical skills including calculating percentages and discounts for customers.
- Capable of solving a variety of customer service problems and supporting a range of personalities and customer types.
