About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Staff for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to provide exceptional care to our patients and their families. As an RN Staff in our NICU, you will be responsible for monitoring and caring for premature and critically ill newborns, administering medications, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in providing the highest level of care to our patients and their families.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in the state of California
  • BLS and NRP certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BSN degree
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Certification in neonatal nursing (RNC-NIC)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and care for premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
