AppsFlyer's Partner Development team builds and strengthens relationships with key partners, ensuring seamless integrations and driving mutual growth. AppsFlyer is seeking an experienced and dynamic Strategic Partnership Development Manager to help us shape the future of mobile measurement and customer insights.

In this role, you will strengthen AppsFlyer's strategic partnerships with key companies like Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon and more, by identifying and creating beneficial results for our mutual customers and reinforcing our position as the leader in attribution. What you'll do:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including program managers, product managers and sales leaders to support long-term mutual success
  • Partner closely with internal and external Product Marketing, Account Management, and Product teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of company-wide initiatives
  • Lead business reviews, product overviews and other topics to a wide variety of stakeholders, including executives with our Partner organizations
  • Organize internal and external sessions to share insights on AppsFlyer features and partner ecosystem trends
  • Analyze KPIs and performance data to refine partnership strategies and communicate insights to stakeholders

What you have:
  • 6+ years in the ad tech industry with proven success in developing strong business partnerships with measurable results
  • Proven success in a role requiring technical understanding and direct interaction with Product teams
  • In-depth knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem, including advertisers, ad networks, agencies, and technology platforms
  • Experience with global enterprise companies and proven success with C-level and VP stakeholders
  • Experience with global collaboration and the ability to manage cross-functional and cross-time zone priorities
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Motivated and adept at organizing and breaking down strategic objectives into tactical, actionable milestones

Bonus Points:
  • Experience as Program Manager, Product Manager, or Consultant

For our SF-based candidates, the expected On Target Earnings (OTE) are between $170,000 and $200,000 (including bonus or commission). The offer varies on many factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, interview results, references, etc.
