salary: $63,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities
Position Overview:
- Serve as the right-hand support to top executives, managing their schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and efficiency.
- Coordinate and prioritize executive communications, including emails, phone calls, and meetings, ensuring prompt responses and follow-ups.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive review, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively handle administrative tasks to optimize their productivity and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives, fostering strong relationships and representing the organization with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and business correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
