We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. $50,000 - $54,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
- Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services
- Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary
- Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities
- Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
- Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
- Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
