We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, greeting visitors, managing incoming communication, and providing crucial support to our team. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure that all guests and clients feel welcomed and valued. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and managing office supplies, all while creating a positive and efficient office environment.
Job: Full time
Pay Range: $950 - $1200 weekly

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed
- Keep the front office area tidy and organized
- Assist with document preparation and filing as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
- Proven experience as a front office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
