- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience in process optimization.
- Abiltiy to design and test tooling, fixtures, and production equipment.
- Strong skills in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and implementing long-term solutions.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, along with Excel and Word for documentation.

- Process Design & Improvement:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, focusing on assembly methods and production workflows.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, improve quality, and reduce costs.
- Lead efforts in root cause analysis for production and quality issues, driving long-term corrective actions.
- Tooling & Equipment:
- Design, develop, and test tooling, fixtures, and gauging for use in production.
- Assess equipment performance and make recommendations for enhancements or replacements.
- Assist in the installation and grooming of new equipment to meet production and quality standards.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain and update engineering documents, including process flow charts, equipment specifications, and production layouts.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports related to process development, troubleshooting, and project performance.
- Administer process changes through engineering documents and ensure that changes are reflected accurately.
- Project Management:
- Manage and support capital projects related to process changes, new product introductions, and equipment installations.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure the smooth execution of engineering projects, keeping projects on track with timelines and budgets.
- Evaluate and determine equipment layout and manage the introduction of new tools and machinery into the production line.
- Cross-functional Support:
- Provide technical guidance and assistance to the manufacturing team to resolve daily production issues.
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct process analysis for quality improvements, cost reductions, and cycle time optimization.
- 5S & Lean Manufacturing:
- Actively participate in 5S and lean manufacturing activities to improve workplace organization and efficiency.
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving safety, reducing waste, and optimizing production processes.
