Senior Director of Digital Operations, Customer Success, and Advisory Services The Director of Project Execution is a pivotal leader responsible for driving high-priority projects from order to remittance across global regions. This role requires strategic oversight, seamless upward management of the Senior Director, and cross-functional collaboration to align project outcomes with organizational goals. Success in this position involves managing global execution efforts, streamlining workflows, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across diverse teams. Key Responsibilities Global Project Execution Leadership Lead strategic project execution efforts across regions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with customer and business objectives. Execute high-visibility projects originating from the ELT and FDLT, ensuring measurable results and adherence to timelines. Upward Management and Strategic Alignment Serve as a trusted advisor to the Senior Director, providing timely updates, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations. Support decision-making through concise, data-driven insights that highlight opportunities and mitigate challenges. Cross-Functional Collaboration Build and maintain strong relationships across Product, Engineering, and Services teams to ensure cohesive project delivery and alignment with organizational objectives. Act as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring smooth execution and shared understanding of project goals. Process Optimization and Standardization Identify and implement best practices to enhance global project workflows, reducing inefficiencies and improving service quality. Partner with regional teams to adapt processes to meet local requirements while maintaining global standards. Integration and Deployment Oversight Collaborate with Integration Teams and regional leads to ensure successful technical deployments. Ensure Asset Performance Engineers validate integrations, meeting customer requirements and maintaining high-quality standards globally. Team Influence and Development Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and Operations, fostering a consultative and customer-focused mindset that aligns with project objectives. Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across regional teams, strengthening the organization’s execution capabilities. Analytics and Continuous Improvement Leverage data to monitor project performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Use analytics to drive process improvements, enhance customer satisfaction, and support strategic decision-making. What does the ideal candidate bring to Fluence? 10+ years in project execution or similar roles. 5+ years in leadership positions with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and process improvement. Exposure to regional challenges and opportunities in North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. Strategic vision and a results-oriented approach to project execution. The ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering collaboration and alignment. Knowledge of JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Proven leadership in global project management with expertise in aligning cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and foster collaboration across diverse teams. Experience in project execution within the technology or energy sectors, particularly in global contexts. Passion for driving continuous improvement, fostering team growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management (Master’s degree preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support data-driven decision-making.
