JOB DUTIES:
Deploy reports and extracts in Tableau. Create and implement BI software and systems, including integration with databases and data warehousing. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present complex data in an understandable and actionable format. Build and maintain data models to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of the data. Manage database performance, security, and integrity. Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources into a usable form for business analysis. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide ongoing support and training to users on BI tools and data analytics. Perform regular maintenance and updates to existing BI solutions to enhance functionality and incorporate new data sources or analytics capabilities. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the data used for analysis. Implement data governance policies and practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, appropriate field in Engineering or related field. 6+ months experience as BI Developer, Data Analyst or Data Scientist. 9+ months experience with BI tools and Database software such as Power BI, Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Creator, Tableau Prep, MS SQL, Oracle SQL, MY SQL. 9+ months experience with ETL tools and processes.
