Technical CEO
to lead our dynamic team, drive growth, and spearhead our strategic direction. The ideal candidate is a technology leader with deep experience in AI, a passion for disrupting traditional industries, and a proven ability to scale businesses in competitive markets. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy. Lead the development of innovative AI-driven HR solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and emerging trends. Represent the company with investors, partners, and customers, building credibility and trust in the brand. Operational Oversight Oversee core technology products' design, development, and delivery, focusing on AI integration and scalability. Partner with the executive team to set and achieve business goals, drive operational excellence, and manage budgets effectively. Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive remote culture that attracts top-tier talent. Market Expansion Drive go-to-market strategies and build relationships with key stakeholders in the HR industry. Identify opportunities for growth, including partnerships, acquisitions, and new market entry. Stay ahead of competitive trends, ensuring the company remains an industry leader. Qualifications: Technical Expertise:
Demonstrated experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields, with a strong technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering). Hands-on coding or AI model development experience is a plus. Proven Leadership:
Successful track record as a founder, executive, or senior leader in a technology-driven organization, preferably within HR Technology or a SaaS company. Startup Experience:
Experience scaling startups from early stages to market success—familiarity with fundraising and investor relations. Market Knowledge:
Deep understanding of HR technology trends, challenges, and opportunities. Business Acumen:
Ability to balance technical leadership with strategic business management. MBA is a plus but not required. Remote Leadership Skills:
