The Opportunity:
Dive into the dynamic world of Hamilton Lane's Enterprise Technology team as a Technical Project Coordinator within our growing Technology Project Management Office. We are seeking an experienced project coordinator with a passion for excellence and a talent for process, organization, and communication. Your role will be pivotal in bridging business needs with innovative solutions, ensuring that every initiative is tailored for success. Your responsibilities will be to:
Support Project Managers in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, reports, and budgets in Monday.com Coordinate project & team activities, resources, equipment, and information Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives Ensure that stakeholders' needs are met as the project evolves Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants, as well as facilitate updates to executive reporting Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, plans, and reports, which includes creating and refining templates as required Organize and attend meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members Perform other duties as assigned Your background will include:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or requisite experience 3-4 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role Certification or progress toward project management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, CSM) is a plus Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Capability and willingness to master technologies quickly Experience in Financial Services or Private Markets preferred Experience with event planning a plus Benefits
