Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation: Assist and support the WRKSHP team with planning, executing and tracking of projects within the WRKSHP in DTLA. Key Responsibilities: Support the creation and maintenance of development processes in terms of meetings, targets & goal setting. Contribute to detailed project planning and milestone tracking relating to implementations. Setup workshops, summarize results and execute debriefing. Assist in the development and maintenance of a project network with other relevant departments within Global Operations or adidas Group in order to get end-to-end transparency of project activity. Contribute to the development and execution of regular in-depth reporting and root cause analysis of assigned Creation Process projects. Partner closely with key stakeholders in supporting the development of process solutions for creation activities, create transparency and foster improvement efforts. Provide support to the team's portfolio of initiatives in terms of analysis and preparation, the realization and communication requirements per individual project. Ensure continuous learning with respect to creation process and system developments. Place PO's and track department budgets. Key Relationships: WRKSHP Brand Operations (development, costing, materials, pattern) Marketing Design Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent feeling for numbers and strong mathematical skills. Basic knowledge of process modeling and implementation. Very good project management skills. Ability to achieve project goals in multi-cultural background. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced negotiating and influencing skills. Ability to create, plan and deliver presentations. Expert Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills. Basic skills in adidas system landscape (e.g. FLEX, DMT, etc.). Fluent in English (written and spoken), preferably one additional language. Ability to travel by aircraft/train/car, domestic and international. Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: Four-year college or university degree with focus on Finance / Controlling / Logistics or related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-2 years of related work experience. The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $87,000-$100,000. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role. We officially returned to office in a hybrid work environment, working 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The working location of this position is Los Angeles California. Though our teammates hail from all corners of the world, our working language is English.
