This

Manager, Demand Planning

role is responsible for facilitating and driving the consensus process with cross-functional groups to determine an accurate forecast of expected shipments by brand. This person will be expected to drive conversation and provide feedback while proactively influencing dialogue on Demand Planning, as well as challenge the Business Unit counterparts. Additionally, this person will create and lead process improvement workstreams and projects as well as be a strong leader and advocate for Kraft Heinz ongoing digital transformation, specifically in the o9 demand planning space. Primary Responsibilities Works closely with the Sales & Marketing Teams to optimize input and assess changes to the forecast or inventory plan. Execute all existing analytical tools and business processes to drive SKU-level forecast accuracy and bias metric improvements while collaborating closely with Sales & Marketing. Lead monthly consensus process based on information gained to develop a forecast to meet Supply Chain service, inventory goals, and create the monthly financial forecast. Measure and analyze key KPIs to determine corrective actions and lessons learned to drive process improvement for demand planning excellence. Perform total brand and item mix analysis and provide insights to lead volume discussions. Become brand volume expert through understanding consumption and shipment trends in addition to category and industry dynamics. Partner with supply planning to understand supply chain implications of forecast changes. Perform o9 maintenance to eliminate exception errors and increase forecast accuracy. Utilize o9 Machine Learning and BestFit to add value to the demand signal and consensus. Continuous improvement to forecasting process to minimize forecast error. Directly support or lead critical weekly and monthly demand planning process in ITP and IBP. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Qualifications An undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics is required. At least 5 years of experience in demand planning/forecasting or integrated planning functions. Robust leadership, delegation, and prioritization skills. Strong understanding of planning practices and procedures. Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge. Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Advanced MS Excel skills. Advanced APS knowledge (o9, JDA, or similar). Preferred experience with CPG industry. Excellent in written and verbal communication skills. MS Office (Access, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote). New Hire Base Salary Range:

$99,100.00 - $123,900.00 Bonus:

This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
