The Division VP of Trauma Services works to carry out the mission of the Trauma Service Line and to lead the development of strategies and tools to advance clinical performance in defined segments of trauma services. Works with the Division and Facility Senior Officers to assure appropriate alignment of improvement, growth, compliance, and technology advances within the trauma center system. The Division VP of Trauma serves as an expert consultant on trauma services to ensure the delivery of optimal quality trauma patient care as defined by national, state standards, and evidence-based practice. The position ensures readiness and compliance with National and State regulations, trauma registry data integrity, research initiatives that produce exemplary optimal quality outcomes and performance for all Level I, II, III, and IV trauma centers. The compensation consists of a base salary, Incentive Plan, and comprehensive benefits including a matching 401k that grows incrementally over time from 3%-9% company match. Position Responsibilities: Provide facilitation and direction to the TriStar Division hospitals for a multidisciplinary trauma service with primary focus on developing/implementing and monitoring systems to enhance care of the trauma patient. Collaborate with trauma medical directors to promote the goals of the Trauma Program, to qualify all care issues and system issues regarding program development, and to optimize patient care across the age and injury spectrum. Successfully develop trauma programs at the division level, hospital level, and within state/national systems. Provide oversight and direction of trauma-related activities, and initiate changes internally and externally that will promote optimal trauma care. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field required. Minimum of 3 years leadership experience required.
