Meet Our Team:
As a member of an infrastructure services team, you will work closely with fellow team members, global teams, clients, and partners to develop automation that enables stakeholders with access to Pega Infinity. Our team rapidly deploys all-in-one environments of Pega Infinity, and our mission is to create automation and tooling that makes it easy for developers to gain access and test the latest versions of Pega products.
Picture Yourself at Pega:
You will work on a multi-region team of software engineers spread between India, Poland, and US. Your focus will be developing within our web applications by adding new features and building automation that will enhance our service offering. Our technology stacks include Linux, Java 17, Tomcat, Docker, MicroK8s, PostgreSQL, React, Clojure, Cassandra, Kafka, Git, VMware, AWS, GCP, and Azure. This role will be a great opportunity to learn about the latest technologies and provisioning environments at scale for a large user community.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Work collaboratively to design, develop, test, and document new features and services
Develop within a react application and manage thousands of virtual machines that run Pega Infinity
Support a large user Community and build connections across the industry
Who You Are:
You are an experienced software engineer well versed in Linux, Java, and HTTP APIs with the ability to learn new skills quickly and apply them to solve challenging problems. You have worked with real-world deployments at scale, and you have a can-do attitude that exhibits creativity, integrity, and teamwork. You demonstrate initiative and proactivity at work. Due to US Government Support, US Citizenship is a must
What You've Accomplished:
Knowledge of Java and HTTP APIs
Experience with Linux/Unix systems
Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g. docker)
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience using Git version control systems
Experience using AWS, GCP, and Azure Cloud architectures
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience building UI’s with Clojure programming language
Experience with OpenAI technologies
