Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Materials Systems Administrator!
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, Sedron Technologies designs, manufactures, installs, and operates advanced water and waste upcycling technologies. With a focus on transforming the paradigm from waste processing to resource recovery, Sedron Technologies works with municipal, agricultural, and industrial customers to process their "waste" into climate-smart commodities through environmentally and financially sustainable methods.
As a Materials Systems Administrator you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless material flow, optimizing processes, and driving operational efficiency across the Manufacturing Department. This position is ideal for an organized, tech-savvy individual who enjoys hands-on operations while maintaining data accuracy and supporting key business systems.
Because we design, build, commission, and operate our technologies, we are looking for individuals who can meet the following essential functions of the position:
Maintain and manage key business systems like Smartsheet and MS Access, focusing on accurate data entry and smooth software operation to support materials management in a manufacturing environment Execute daily data migration and entry tasks efficiently to maintain accurate and up to date records for end users Configure and update internal systems to align with evolving engineering, manufacturing and inventory needs Troubleshoot and resolve system issues Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in inventory and materials records Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of materials management systems and best practices Document system setups, troubleshooting steps, and user guides for easy reference Establish and enforce clear and consistent naming conventions and processes to streamline materials database management across teams Work closely with departments such as Planning, Procurement, and Accounting to improve workflows and communication Help prepare for ERP system implementation by organizing data and mapping processes Actively contribute to solving difficult yet exciting technical challenges Comply with all company policies, safety protocols, and operational standards Arrive to work on time and maintain good attendance Perform other duties as assigned This position has multiple levels of competency to be determined by performance, certifications, and supervisor discretion.

2+ years of experience in ERP systems or business systems within a manufacturing environment Proficiency with business systems like Smartsheet, MS Access, or similar software Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred Knowledge of material handling and inventory workflows in manufacturing settings Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail HS Diploma or GED required Must be proficient in the English language, both written and verbal ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Wage range for this role is between $22 - $40/hourly Discretionary bonus Employees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts, off-site work, and access pay. The range provided is Sedron's estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.
