Delivery Experience Senior Product Manager

For this position, the candidate will contribute to building strategies and solutions to keep improving Amazon delivery experience to our customers. In a very challenging scenario, this person will have to dive deep into analyses to come up with insights to define a long-term view and high standard proposal to delight our customers when buying at Amazon. The successful candidate will be a person who enjoys and excels at dealing with ambiguity, complexity, and challenging environments. A person who likes to dive deep into data to develop solutions and has strong relationship abilities to ensure that challenging plans are delivered on time. It will have excellent composure, written and verbal communication skills, the ability to create and sustain urgency, and a proven ability to lead large cross-functional tech/business projects including communication across all levels and teams in the organization: senior leaders, technical teams, finance, fulfillment, and business leaders. Key job responsibilities

Main activities will be: Support and own the design and development of projects, working through all related dependencies with internal and external teams, mainly Retail, BI, 3P Fulfillment channels, Operations, Transportation, Technology, and Finance teams. Develop strategic plans to evolve Amazon's deliveries, delighting customers and contributing to the company’s objectives. Act as a connection between different teams to connect and converge different programs strategies to guarantee improvement on customer experience. Need to ensure activities are synced and information is flowing. Keep C-level well communicated about key project issues and actively work with responsible teams on identifying and solving paths to green. Create and lead plans, end to end, ensuring all business and operations teams have their goals created and delivered on time. Ensure the team is focused on the highest value activities and business issues that would be critical path for providing the best customer experience. Regularly poll the team in advance for their hot-points and create the appropriate agenda in weekly and monthly meetings. Support teams in BR needing help thinking through Operational problems (both business and technical). About the team

This position is part of the Customer Fulfillment Experience Team in Amazon BR. Our mission is to delight our customers every time they shop with us ensuring a fast, affordable, comfortable, and reliable delivery and returns experience. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition. Experience with end-to-end product delivery. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product. Experience as a product manager or owner. Experience owning technology products. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights. Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
