Join our dynamic Firmwide Resiliency Office as a Product Analyst and drive impactful user experiences in business resiliency! Are you passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and driving business resiliency? As a Firmwide Resiliency Product Analyst Vice President within the Resiliency Office (FRO) on the Office of the CFO, you will collaborate with key business partners and scrum teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our Firmwide Resiliency Program. As a stakeholder-obsessed professional, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our product offerings and ensuring seamless project execution. If you're ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you! Job Responsibilities Form strong bonds and develop healthy working relationships with the scrum teams. Collect user requirements and feedback from business partners and project leads in both formal and informal settings; juggle multiple projects simultaneously, all with rigorous delivery expectations. Perform in-depth analysis for fact-finding on existing system behaviors and business processes or procedures related to the project goal. Discuss functional details of workflows comfortably and engage in high-level technical discussions. Write Epics and Stories to deliver features that fulfill project goals; act as a Subject Matter Expert on area product-owned systems. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with Business Analysts, refine Epics and Stories in JIRA with the Scrum team, and partner with the Agile lead (scrum master) on sequencing. Work closely with User Experience (UX) teams on the design of new features and components. Collaborate with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams to ensure test coverage; build relationships with ‘co-supplier’ stakeholders from multiple regions and product areas. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3+ years Product analyst or analysis role Ability to easily assimilate information and learn new applications and processes. Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle Agile Experience with tools such as Jira and understanding of Backlog Prioritization Techniques Advanced knowledge of communication and efficiency tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, MS office apps, and JIRA Ability to analyze user procedures and workflows, and compare those to project requirements and goals, and to create feature enhancements or new workflows as a result of that analysis Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capable of developing relationships positively, especially when working through challenging situations Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation Familiarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under pressure
